Ray Davis, founder of Davis Carpet, died unexpectedly Sunday, November 24th 2019, at the age of 73. Ray rode his motorcycle through heaven’s gates with Jesus welcoming him home. Ray was a Veteran of the U.S., having served during Vietnam. 

While Ray’s earthly life ended on November 24, 2019, at the horrifically dangerous intersection of Route 66 and Banner Road, Ray is no longer bound by gravity, time, pain, sorrow or even the brokenness of his earthly body. Instead of simply riding his motorcycle, Ray can now fly. His family is eternally grateful for the legacy Ray leaves behind and know we shall see him again soon.
